  1. I’m curious about the $/sq ft stat for Bayshore Estates. Although I’m not in the market now to sell (just bought 7501 Lost Tree in May 2006), I would like to follow this number if you keep track of it via this web site.

  6. Hi Eleanor. There has been just one lot sale in Bayshore since January 2007. This was 0.44 acres on Trace Drive for $84k. I will set you up in our MLS to automatically receive an email whenever a lot is listed or sold in Bayshore. Since there’s not much lot activity, I think this will be the most efficient way to keep you updated. Thanks!
