Meet CB Johnson, Bayshore resident (Goldeneye Court) and seasoned Wilmington real estate professional. To the left, CB rakes up debris and trash during the Bayshore boat ramp clean-up.
CB is a Naval Academy graduate and former Marine. He founded The Fine Coastal Living Team in 2004 with the goal of helping home buyers and sellers take full advantage of the Wilmington real estate market. CB and his team strive to develop life-long relationships with clients to better understand their needs- for now and the future. And no, don’t worry- we’re not trying to be the next Bayshore HOA. We’re hosting this blog and communicating with you for two reasons: 1) we grew up knowing our neighbors and want our children to do the same, and 2) we’re Realtors® and would like to earn the right to be your trusted, “go-to” real estate team.

We received our notice of assessed value, and called C.B. and received some very good information from him (he was VERY prompt in responding). As a result we will be appealing our assessed value, but as C.B. said, “the county may use a different grid than the real estate market to determine the value, but it won’t hurt to at least inquire.”
By the way, we love living in Bayshore! Taking evening walks in the neighborhood is great.
